Kate Buckle

My name is Kate and I started working at St John’s Pre-School in February 2017. I left Newbury College with an extended level 3 childcare diploma and went on to working in a pre-school in the local area with children from the ages 2-4 years. During my time training I worked in a wide variety of childcare settings and this allowed me to gain knowledge, experience, and confidence in flexibility of approach dependent on the needs and demands of each setting.
I have also been working with children/young people with special needs in my spare time, I have 6 years experience in this field.
I enjoy supporting children and their development, watching them grow and seeing them learn.
